Marc and Jake
**This was a dare, features gay love

--Marc & Jake--

The Sun was sinking, tracing lines of stunning pink and leaving a taunting hint of purple across
the horizon. Bird cries accompanied the ocean as it danced in a gentle hum of waves. Marc
peered out to the shore, as he held a wine glass at arms length. The ice cubes inside clinked
against the side of the glass, and the pink liquid within the glass swirled around, making
small waves of its own. His gazed softened considerably as he caught sight of a figure rising
from the receding waves. This shapely figure raised an arm to greet Marc, to whom Marc toasted
his wine glass back. A small smile glazed Marc's face as darkness shrouded them quietly, like
a wordless fog. Marc leaned back on the large towel he had spread out on the cooling sand,
and listened to the camp fire crackling away softly.

"What's cookin'?" A voice recalled Marc, and slowly, almost dreamily Marc opened his eyes to
the starry sky.

"A few hot dogs, and hamburgers," Marc answered as he sat up, "hope you like 'em, Jake."

"Wouldn't I," mused this Jake as he grabbed a lime-green towel and patted himself dry.

Marc chuckled in reply as his eyes took in Jake eagerly as much as the light from the camp fire
would allow him. The ocean water was dripping and trickling down Jake's back and his muscular
arm, glistening temptingly. He raised himself to stand and walked casually towards Jake.

With a cheerful smile playing on his lips, Jake watched Marc approach him. He had to admit, Marc
was pretty attractive...and pretty damn sexy. Jake grinned mischieviously to himself at that last
thought before turning to the fire to warm himself. Summer nights around the beach were chilly.

"Are you cold?" Marc asked as he wrapped a dry towel around Jake's shoulders. However...he let
his arms rest on Jake's shoulders. Feeling Marc's powerful...and sexy arms around him Jake turned
ever so slightly to his right, not wanting to break the embracing.

"I'm forever warm in your heart.." Jake whispered as he laid his right hand on Marc's arm. They
were so close...so close...
