And so it begins
Here it is, the beginning of my journey as a writer. I have loved to read all of my life. This past December I decided to see if I enjoyed writing as well. Wow! Did I ever. I wrote my first ever short story in December, 2005 called Theoden's Revenge.

Then I lost leave of my senses and submitted it to Strange Horizons (fiction@strangehorizons.com)
Submission guidelines:

While I waited I wrote another story, Runaway. I received the rejection from Strange Horizons a week ago. I decided I'd better get back up on the horse before fear took over, so I wrote Second Chance and posted it here. I received some good reviews, and thought I'd go ahead and submit it to the L. Ron Hubbard "Writers of the Future" Contest. To do this I've had to remove it from this site until I know the outcome of the submission.

Wish me luck!
