Writing.Com is pleased to introduce our newest item type: Crossword Puzzles :: Introducing Crossword Puzzles :: We're pleased to announce that Crossword Puzzles can now be created and stored within your Writing.Com portfolio. This new interactive item type is a great accessory for your newest novel, favorite short story, writing group, or any other topic you may choose! If you have a topic that you would like to turn into a Crossword Puzzle, start by creating a new Crossword Puzzle item from the "Writing" page. After you've created it, Manage the puzzle to create your clues and their corresponding answers. Then, let our system build your crossword for you! Choose the layout that you like best and let the members in the community get to work at solving your crossword. Here's a few examples:
The Writing.Com Crossword Puzzle system stores the answers that a member enters, so if you don't have time to finish, submit your answers and come back later! Crossword Puzzles can be created and stored by those with a Basic Membership or above.
