That's colour with a "u" coz I'm a proud Canadian afterall. A proud but sad Canadian. Hell who am I kidding? I'm a proud but VERY sad Canadian. I feel sad and shitty. I wish I could turn back time...but I can't. Not even proud but happy Canadians can do that. I really should have this feeling sad and shitty thing down pat by now...but I don't. I DON'T want to be feeling sad and shitty. I want to be happy and embracing the future again. I want to jump out of bed in the morning and rush to meet the day head-on with open arms...but who feels like embracing anything when their heart is breaking? Perhaps I best start this entry over on a more upbeat tone huh? Hello. Thumb here. I had hamsters as a kid. I actually had hamsters well into my teenage years too. Does that qualify as upbeat or not? I'm not sure. How's this then? I loved my hamsters. There. Surely that's upbeat now. Have I ever mentioned I like The Amazing Race? Yup. Although I haven't really gotten into the current series. I actually fell asleep through the double episode recently. I have to be dead tired to fall asleep during The Amazing Race. I wonder why "asleep" is spelled with an "a"? I wonder why the "a" is even there to begin with? Same thing with "afraid". For the longest time I actually thought "ascared" was a word, but I knew I couldn't say "ascared" without the "d" coz then I'd just have "ascare" and even I knew that was wrong. Just like "afraid" without it's "d" would be..."afrai". Why make English so complicated? Probably to weed out the foriegners, so they'll standout during wartime as spies or something...or identify them as witches or heretics during religious persecutions. "He just said "afrightened"!!!! Quick. Let's burn him!!!!" Stupid language. I should sign off now. There's a huge end of season Canadian football game on soon. I seldom even watch football but it should take my mind off heartbreaking things. Sorry to post such a scummy entry...well all except the bit about my hamsters. "about"? I'll bet it's really supposed to be "bout". Stupid "a" words. Take care.
