Very beautiful here. The great big yellow pumpkin is showing her shiny face. We bask in her radiance.

Got e-mail that Very Sara died November 12th. She was younger than me. In her blog she was complaining of feeling tired and went to her doctor. She had some kind of respiratory problem. Very unexpected.

Does this mean I should be careful about telling people I don't feel well? I go to the doctor tomorrow. Need to refill my high-blood pressure meds (Benicar). I've lightened the satchel I carry because I have been short-winded and that is a very bad sign. Heart problems run in our family. Since losing my health insurance, I can't afford to become ill.
