Where's the Silver Lining?

Okay, another wait.

Robert has a gall stone. Now we wait to see when he'll have surgery to get rid of it. At least it's a rather simple procedure nowadays.

His foot is healing better than the doctors expected, thank God. He may be home in a couple of weeks if everything goes well. He'll still have to have home health care come in and tend his foot. It will be a couple months at least before it won't have to be dressed by medical personnel.

He misses me for now. Wonder how long that will last once he's home.
