Next week my cousin Annie, who is 12, will be coming to visit our family for the week. We just figured out a semi-schedule to help prevent her from getting bored. I will get to have her spend the night with me on Sunday and spend all day with her on Monday.

I think it will be a lot of fun. I just need to do a little research to see what 12 year olds do these days. My friend Teri is a youth leader at her church, has 3 kids of her own and has a pool. Needless to say, we may be taking a visit out that way!

With her coming to visit it made me think back to when I was growing up. Every summer Laura, Sonia and I used to take turns staying at one another's house (we all live in different states). It was the best time and I miss being able to do that...darn growing up! I just hope Annie's visit is even half as fun as we used to have.
