MAKE A DIFFERENCE

[We are each a tiny spec in the sea of humanity. Yet, we can make a difference, if we want]



Will it matter if one day,
We are no more in this world?
No one will miss us at all.
The world will simply go on.

We think we are important,
Central to all else around.
But the fact is we are just
Peripheral to others.

World was there before we came.
It will be after we go.
Can our life on this planet
Make the slightest difference?

Yes, it can if we so want.
But we’ve got to work for it.
We must give unto others;
What we give must be our best.

Jesus, Gandhi and Einstein
Did not live for just themselves.
They lived for and gave their all
To the vast humanity.

That is why they live today.
They did make a difference
To the world in which we live,
For now and all time to come.
