Something for me to re-read
I'm having one of those 2:45 a.m. epiphanies. Write it down and examine its validity later.

I'm not an emotionally mature person.
Intellectually, I'm mature about my emotions and how to live with them.
But my emotional instincts and reactions are not usually mature, and that makes me very uncomfortable in a lot of situations.
