Today is better

Today is going better. :) Yeah. It sure is.
My younger brother came over, and we drove out to see Shannon. Shannon is one of those rare friends.... you know- one from grade school that you actually still keep in touch with? Yeah, well, that is her. My brother, Chuck, went with me...because he has been friends with her for all of these years too. Not only was it fullfilling to see her, and relive the "good ole days" but it was great to spend 45 minutes one way with Chuck. We had a lot of good conversation. And it was long over due. So, yeah, today is better. Plus, I had a wonderful conversation last night with Eric. Till like, the wee hours of the morning. It was so worth it to have done that, and then not get a lot of sleep. SOOO worth it!
