My So-Called Perfunctory Existence

SUMMER VACATION!!!!!!!

Well I figured I'd spend today sleeping for
hours but instead I was rudely awakened by
my mom at 6:30 because she had to leave to
get my dad at the train station (he had locked
his keys in the car; this has been happening
much too often). So poor little me had to drag
myself off the couch where I fell asleep (ok
passed out in an overtired heap) and stand in
front of the oven waiting for something to bake
or broil or fry or whatever it was doing. And
now I'm totally awake. And my mom expects
me to clean this house. Ha! What a laugh.
I'm soooo glad it's over! Senior year will
probably be just as, if not more so hellish than
this year but whatever. It's summer and I'm
relaxing. Summer reading projects? August
27. Cross country running...argh I actually
have to do that. Not to mention I "have" to get
a job. And visit colleges. And take care of my
cousins. And HAVE A LIFE! I need to get out
of this house.
