A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Almost Nothing Today Either For the last two days, I have been trying to get my tax returns printed and mailed off before midnight tonight. First, I had problems setting up my printer on my laptop. I finally resolved that problem, but it took me about half of the overnight to accomplish it. I thought I was ready to start printing these forms today, but I wasn’t. The first thing I did today was Copy and Paste the ‘Mail To:’ information into a Word Document. I could only do this with my Federal Tax Return and my Kansas Tax Return, but I couldn’t with my Missouri Tax Return. I thought that I would have to use my laptop for this part of the mailing of these returns. Luckily, I didn’t need to do that. After finishing these Copies and Pastes, I tried to print this document. I had trouble doing that because I didn’t make my printer the ‘Default Printer.’ Once I figured out the solution to that problem, I didn’t have any problems with this document. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same thing about my Tax Returns. When I tried to print my Tax Returns, I couldn’t do it because my PDF Adobe Program wouldn’t let me do it. I thought that I was signing up for the free trial version of Adobe, but I didn’t, and they wanted me to pay for it before I could use it to print these Tax Returns. It took me several hours to finally cancel that subscription. Once I was finally allowed to use my printer to print out these Tax Returns, I got them ready for mailing, and I mailed them. Unfortunately, it took me most of today to accomplish this. As a result, I only had a couple of hours today to work on my Water Wars spreadsheet update. That didn’t go as planned too well either. I have been having so many problems with this updated Water Wars Spreadsheet that I decided it would be easier to start it all over from scratch. That is what I did today in the little time I had to work on it today. I got it done just before I started writing this blog entry. I even made a copy of it so I could compare the two ways I can go with it. |
