Time to write a pretty dansa.
A poetic form to try.
Here I write it but why?
I don't know so here's a go.

I'm writing this on the fly.
My limit is below the sky.
My poetic flex I show.
Time to write a pretty dansa.

Almost done and time for pie.
This was nicer than a poke in the eye.
I did it! Wow, so now I know.

Poetry Form: DANSA

Here are the guidelines for writing the dansa:

*Bulletb* Opening quintain (or 5-line stanza) followed by quatrains (or 4-line stanzas)
*Bulletb* The opening line of the first stanza is the final line of every stanza, including the first
*Bulletb* Rhyme scheme in the opening stanza: AbbaA (capital A represents the refrain)
*Bulletb* Rhyme scheme in all other stanzas: bbaA
*Bulletb* No other rules for subject, length, or meter.

*Bulletb* One additional PPC rule for this one: a minimum of 13 lines (3 stanzas per the above rules)
