2-27-25 Day 3765

March Agenda

I beg your pardon to readers who are waiting for more blogs to read. Life has put me in a whirlwind of health issues that are slowly be resolved. So as the blog for 2-27 or #3765. I will share what my plans are.

Health wise, I have a foot problem that causes pain with each right foot step. l love to walk. I also see it as a pleasant way to keep my weight down. I also consider it connected to the second issue, that is cardiac wise. My cardiologist wants me to walk at least 30 minutes a day. He also wants me to fill out a journal with categories to be entered.

I think that this is more for ‘old folk’, but anyone can have a heart problem. I also learned to keep in shape and follow doctor’s orders from my father who was a GP doctor. His patients admitted that he was the best doctor in town. Who am I to argue with his patients! So walk and stay healthy is what I will do. Thus I have made March, National Be Good to Yourself and Stay Healthy month.

To fill out the rest of the time, I would like to keep my mind healthy by reading, and doing some games such as Scrabble or Mahjong. Kids stuff you say? Not at all. The words from that the computer gives are new and useful. In Mahjong, the tiles are removed as chess pieces are from the chessboard. One must think ahead before a move. Since I am playing against a computer, the games are made harder each time. (My husband does not like games and does not want to play.)

I have the body, mind but not the soul attended to. For that I have a couple of religious books that I read. One is for being more positive with my thoughts and the second is how each verse in a certain part is helpful for me. I must admit that I am going to review these two books after I finish them. They say, “Twice is nice!”

The reason I did not choose gardening is that I sunburn easily.
Organizing my home is done little by little during the week.
So March may be filled with more projects than usual. If I have visitors, I’ll get rooms ready.
If I need help, I have a wonderful daughter-in-law who can give me encouragement and ideas. She is a wonderful.
But my work is my work and I am going to hold myself to it.

Thanks for reading this. I hope that your March is a good one, with family, and friends which includes your fur babies. Just think, in April, you might have less to do than you had before. But don’t forget Easter is around the corner. Those eggs won’t dye themselves.
Be good. Cheerio!
