Entry two of three Daily Superfood Smoothie Every morning, my wife makes her special superfood smoothie, blending it to perfection: Apples, apple cider vinegar, avocados, avocado sprouts, almonds, arugula, bananas, basil, barley grass, black pepper, beets, carrots, cashews, curly kale, blueberries, cinnamon, collagen, collagen peptides, green tea, fruit juice (apple, cranberry, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pineapple, pomegranate), ginseng root, ginger, homemade kefir, hemp seed oil, honey, kombucha, inulin prebiotic fiber, maca root, moringa powder, noni powder, “Organ 50 Superfoods Plant Protein Blend,” prebiotic fiber boost, pineapple, pomegranate powder, raspberries, sprouted red beans, strawberries, sweet potatoes, stevia, spinach, Swiss chard, turmeric, vitamin C powder, walnuts, and wheatgrass.
