A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Another New Record It sure does look like I have another new record for my late Friday evening and my overnight early this morning. After all, I wrote forty-one paragraphs for the Part Two Scene Outline during my eight-hour shift yesterday and earlier this morning. That averages five to six paragraphs for every hour. How did I get that many paragraphs written late yesterday evening and overnight earlier this morning? I don’t know the answer to that question because I don’t know how I did it. The only reason that I can think of is because this is my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Hopefully, I can get five to six paragraphs every hour later this evening and overnight tomorrow morning. That’s if I can continue working on this project. After all, it’s the beginning of the month. That means another WDC Short Story Contest prompt should be showing up within the next three days. So far, it hasn’t today yet. I checked when I got home from work at about seven-thirty AM WDC time, and it wasn’t there yet. I’m not surprised about that. It usually doesn’t come in overnight, but it has a few times, though. So, it could have, but it didn’t. That doesn’t mean it couldn’t come out later today. It may also be tomorrow or Monday before it comes out. Sometimes, it’s the third day of the month before this prompt comes out, but it’s usually the first or second day of the month. Whenever it comes out, I will start working on that Short Story. I hope that it doesn’t come out until the third because that means I will continue working on my Water Wars scriptwriting project this weekend. I’m not sure which WDC Short Story Contest it will be this month. It could be the Short Shot Picture contest, but I think it’s the ‘What a Character’ contest. After all, it’s usually the bottom contest on the list of contests. At least, I think it’s the one at the bottom of the list. I may be wrong about that, but I don’t think that I am. Whichever contest it is, it’s like the prompt; as soon as it comes in, I will start working on this Short Story. Hopefully, it will only take me a few days to write it, but I may be lucky if I can get it written within a week. The sooner I get it written the sooner I can return to my Water Wars and my DeathBringers scriptwriting projects. I don’t know about tomorrow, but I just checked, and there is still no new prompt for the WDC Short Story Contest for this month. This means I will continue to work on my Water Wars scriptwriting project this evening and overnight early tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I can also get another five to six paragraphs written tonight and tomorrow. |
