Guarded to avoid being cancelled

In this day and age of extreme partisanship,
extreme sensitivity, political correctness everywhere,
We are all very guarded in public and private.
In what we say and do in public and online.
To avoid giving offense to someone.
Or even being cancelled by someone
For what we might say or even not say.
There is no recourse if you are so charged.
