I was standing at the counter of the Corner Booth. It still sells printed newspapers. The sound of police sirens wailing as they charged closer caused me to turn and look.

A man in a tuxedo ran by on the sidewalk. He had on a black silk tie. The tie was black as night, which is really dark blue I suppose. The end of the tie was blown up against the tie clip with air movement, as he ran. The tie clip startled me, because it was actually formed like a vibrant red bow tie. The same size and shape.

There was a smallish woman slung over his shoulder. She wore a flowing bold blue dress with sunflowers bursting in color across the skirt. Her body bounced, as his every long stride slapped the concrete sidewalk. His long strides carried him quickly around the corner and out of sight of the site.

Within a couple heartbeats another man ran up to me. "I'm the Coroner, did you see a man run by with a woman's body?"

He ran around the corner. I pointed in the direction I saw him run. The Coroner ran off.

Hey! Will this be in the newspaper tomorrow? I shouted after him.
