Day 9 Norman Bates quatrain
         Psycho son Norman Bates
         falls prey to Mommy's taunting trait.
         He slashes, stabs females.
         Haunted by parental travails.
         
         Unwilling Mama's boy.
         Chilling, murderous, callow, coy.
         Impersonates Mom dear
         and mummifies her corpse kept near.
         
         Norman Bates mild, meek sheep?
         With wild, taut impulses churning deep.
         A scalding, seething hate
         shattering others and his fate.
