Just things that I think about now and then.

Blogging Circle of Friends 10/19/24
I've been in a quandary - others might call it a pickle. I love some parts of Halloween (not everything, mind you) but I still want to have fun and be able to share my faith. I don't want to use my faith as a sickle and hack away at anyone as I'm not the grim reaper. I want to have friendly conversations with those who are like minded. Heck, even with those who are not like minded would be nice, even if we only agree to disagree. That's still a thing, right?

There are days I feel like I'm a laboratory, but not as extraordinary as tj-turkey-jobble-jobble-hard-J Author IconMail Icon and his alien otters, but none the less I feel tethered, not able to share my faith, let alone use the lavatory. Hopefully I will figure it out. Then, we as civilized people, can share a tin of cookies (Oreo?) and some milk (I also like chocolate Silk, in case any were wondering). Then we can have a nice conversation.

I'd prefer one or two people to talk to, rather than a conference of people. I'd like everyone to be able to be heard. Of course I'd bring items for reference, and would be open minded as I could. I think simple talking has gone out of style. That seems a shame.

Still, it doesn't solve my quandary. Can one like parts of Halloween and still be able to share the Gospels? Let me know what you think. I'd love some cookies and milk! *BigSmile*

Having fun with random words: pickle, sickle, laboratory, lavatory, milk, silk, conference and reference. Have fun!
