A Typical Monday

I didn’t even have time to work on the planning phase of my second Short Story this month. That’s how busy it has been today for my brother and me. From the time I woke up today until I got on my laptop to write the blog entry, my brother and I have been busy doing one thing after another.

I’m not too surprised this has happened to me today. This isn’t the first time this has happened. And I’m sure it will happen again. Hopefully, it won’t happen again too soon. Unfortunately, it did happen today. As a result, I didn’t get any more writing done on my WDC Short Story either.

That means I still have two more sections left to write before I finish writing this WDC Short Story. It also means I probably won’t get finished writing this Short Story until tomorrow if I’m lucky. But it will probably be Wednesday before I’m done writing it.

Whether I get it done tomorrow, Wednesday, or beyond depends on what my brother and I need to get done tomorrow. As far as I know, we don’t have anything to do tomorrow. But that’s what I thought today. And look at how today turned out. Tomorrow may be the same way.

I hope it’s not the same tomorrow as it was today or worse, but it could be. I’m sure my brother and I will have something we need to do tomorrow. Hopefully, it won’t take all day to accomplish it as it did today. It can’t be much worse. That much I know. At least I hope it can’t.

This blog entry isn’t as short as I thought it would be. But it’s still a short blog entry. After all, I don’t have anything more to say about today. I’m kind of surprised I had this much to say about it. But my ranting and raving does get out of my control sometimes.
