Congress woman Margory Taylor Green,
believes the hurricane that hit North Carolina
and Georgia was caused by the Democrats.

HARRP is a weather machine located in Alasca.
The idea is to make rain fall on certain areas of the country.
It doesn't cause hurricanes...

Ex-President Donald Trump thinks Congress woman Margory Taylor Green
is correct about the Democrats causing the hurricane.
I think that is too much speculation...
