Only one Written Today

It may take me until Thursday or Friday to finish this WDC Short Story. After all, I only got one section/part written today. that means I still have four left to write. Hopefully, I can get it done by the end of Thursday. But I won’t believe that until it happens.

That’s two parts/sections written per day. So, it’s possible I could get this done by Thursday. But after the last few days, I won’t count on that until it happens. If I’m lucky, I can get it done by Friday. I don’t think it will be Friday. It will probably be Friday before I can create it or post it.

I won’t post it right away. But I may do a Shameless Plug and a Please Review Page. When I get a Short Story finished this early in the month, I like to Plug it and ask for Reviews. I usually only get one or two Reviews. But it still helps me before I post it.

Especially, if I have made any grammar mistakes, missing word errors, misspelling mistakes, etc. Reviewers tend to find them before I do. And if there are any that I missed, I should have the time to fix them. there have been a lot of times when I have had this happen. A Reviewer has found one or more things wrong with my Short Story.

After I finish writing my WDC Short Story for this month, I will start working on my second Short Story for this month, which was supposed to be my one and only Short Story this month. but the prompt for the WDC Short Story came out. So, I started working on the WDC Short Story first.

At least I don’t have to do the planning on my second Short Story for this month. I have already done that. All I need to do is start writing it. Hopefully, I will get it done in only a few days too. But the way things have been happening lately, I may be lucky if I get it done in a week. A week is good, but a few days would be better.

Why didn’t I get more writing done today? What is the usual reason why I don’t get more writing done in a day? That’s right, it’s because of what my brother and I needed to get done today. I didn’t think we had anything we needed to get done today. But I was wrong about that.

It started early this morning with us going to vote. And we have been in and out of our place ever since then. I was lucky I got about two hours to work on this WDC Short Story. Anything less than that, and I wouldn’t have even gotten one section/part written today. Hopefully, it won’t be like that in the next couple of days.
