No Short Story Writing Today

From early this morning, nine AM WDC Time, my brother and I have had one thing after another that we needed to get done today. When we thought we were finished something else came up against us. I have been so busy today that this is my first chance to get on my laptop. That’s how busy it was today for my brother and I.

What does that mean for the Short Story I’m writing this month? it means I didn’t get any sections/parts written on it today. I still have seven parts/sections left to write before I finish writing this Short Story. It doesn’t look like I’m going to get it done by the end of this month. But I still have a long way before I need to worry about that.

It wasn’t a total loss, though. Before I went to sleep last night I thought about this Short Story. Unfortunately, I thought it through to the end of it. As a result, I didn’t too much sleep last night. That isn’t why I didn’t get any writing done today. It has been the reason lately. But it’s not the reason today.

The reason why I didn’t get any writing done today on this Short Story is because of what my brother and I needed to do today. Unfortunately, I may not have too much time to work on it in the next few days. My brother and I have quite a bit that we need to do over the next several days. I may not have the time to work on this Short Story.

Hopefully, I will have enough time to work on this Short Story in the next few days. Even writing one section/part each day is better than no parts/sections at all. As I wrote above, I have thought this Short Story to its end. Now all I need to do is write it. Hopefully, I won’t forget what I want to write before I do it.

Unfortunately, I have done that before. I don’t remember if I have written an entire Short Story in my mind before. But I know I have written one to three sections/parts. Unfortunately, by the time I got to writing them, I forgot what I wanted to write. Sometimes I remembered and sometimes I didn’t. Hopefully, it won’t be like that with this Short Story.
