Will I Ever Finish It?

The answer to that blog title question is yes, I will finish writing the newest WDC Short Story for this month. It sure doesn’t look like I’m going to finish writing it. But I will. I’m just not sure when I will be doing it. All I know is that it’s not today.

Once again, I didn’t have the chance to write any of this WDC Short Story today. Unfortunately, I didn’t get even one section/part written today. That’s how busy it has been for my brother and me today. from early this morning until early evening, we have been busy setting in to our new place.

This blog entry has been the first chance I have gotten today to do anything on my laptop. I know this month isn’t almost halfway through. So, I still have plenty of time to finish writing this WDC Short Story. But the longer it takes to finish it, the more I think I won’t do it.

I thought that once my brother and I settled into our new place I would have the time to get at least one part/section written. If not two or three sections/parts. But that didn’t happen today. hopefully, I will get some of these parts/sections done tomorrow.

My brother and I have a few things that we need to do tomorrow. But hopefully, it won’t take all day to do them. I don’t think they will, but I have been wrong about that a lot. If I’m not, I should be able to get at least one section/part written tomorrow. maybe even more than one.

It's not just what my brother and I need to do tomorrow. I still don’t know what is happening with my new post with the company I work for. My vacation ends this Saturday, and I still don’t know where I’m going to be working yet. That’s another reason why I’m not doing any writing.

The main reason why I haven’t gotten any more parts/sections written lately is because of our move back to Missouri. Now that we have mostly moved back here I should be getting more of my writing done. but I haven’t been able to do that yet. It doesn’t look like I will ever have this time.


With just over two weeks left to finish writing this WDC Short Story and only six more sections/parts left to write, I should be able to get them done before the end of the month. The sooner I get them done the better, but it doesn’t look like that will happen either.
