Take Up My Cross Journal

Dear God February 23, 2024

Dear God:

I am slowly healing from my procedure. I won't need my pain pills. I am thankful for that. I just want to get better over my symptoms. It was a rough year last year. I saw a man that looked like Dad yesterday. Dad has been gone three months. I know he is in Heaven with you. I still think about him. I am glad he was a Christian.

I pray to like and love everyone and that everyone will like me and love me. I don't wish bad things on anyone. I just wish people would get along with others and not cause problems for others. If I ever caused problems for someone, I ask for your forgiveness and always try to do right by others.

I send out prayers for family and friends. I always pray for my mother. My sister is still healing from her knee surgery. I think she is handling better then me. I pray for the animals. I pray for the war in Ukraine and the Middle East. I pray for world peace. I remind myself to put all my faith and trust in you.

Thanks for listening, Lord. In Jesus's precious name, I pray. Amen
