Two Blog Today

It was about 7 PM WDC time when I realized I missed another blogging day. This blog entry should have been created and posted last night before I went to sleep. But I forgot to do that. As a result, I’m going to be doing two blog entries for yesterday.

What I was going to blog about yesterday was how many scenes and single paragraphs I hoped to get transcribed yesterday at work. I was hoping that I would get about fifteen to twenty scenes done. Didn’t get that many. Got more than that. I didn’t get almost twice as many for twenty scenes. But I did get almost double that for fifteen scenes.

I got twenty-eight scenes transcribed earlier yesterday at work. That includes one Establishing Shot scene. Six of them were four single paragraphs long and twenty-one were three single paragraphs long for a total of eight-seven single paragraphs. With the Establishing Shot that makes eighty-eight single paragraphs.

I’m kind of surprised I got that many transcribed earlier yesterday. After all, it was a Friday. And I usually don’t get as many scenes or single paragraphs transcribed when I do it on a weekday. At least that’s the way it was at my old security post. It may be different at this security post.

It's normally a little better on the weekends. I hope that’s true for today. If it is, then I should get about thirty to thirty-five scenes done today. Of course, I hope that I do get that many transcribed. But I’m not going to count on that happening until it does.

Whether I get another twenty-eight scenes and eighty-eight single paragraphs transcribed or more, I’m going to get as many of them transcribed as I can. I hope I get a whole lot more transcribed than what I did yesterday. But I may be lucky if I get another twenty-eight and eighty-eight. That has happened before. Hopefully, it won’t happen again.
