Poet Place Cafe "A Bridge to Wherever"

Crossing a bridge is no mean feat,
It takes a manner of courage;
What beacons forward may be a treat,
But one must make the first step.

What is on the other side?
Imagination runs amok;
To go forward, I must decide,
Before the fear paralyzes.

Taking the first step, I venture through,
Into a great unknown;
Trusting in a guidance true,
With no looking back.
