No Way Out

There is no way out through the gateless gate
then she pointed to the wall
where the door to the magic theatre stood
though it wasn't there at all

A love of words is very fine
but they tend to cloud the mind
now I've clearly pointed to the truth
I wonder what you'll find

There is no way out, there is no way out
I'll repeat it once again
There's no way, but once you know
life will never be the same

Satori surely isn't this
perhaps you'll comprehend
life doesn't have an exit
and it can never end

A thousand words can't set you free
though a moment may suffice
it is only maya, don't you see?
It demands no sacrifice
