Marbles rolling around this morning - 8/7/23

I'm up early, and now I've cleared the cobwebs and rinsed my mouth out. The cpap is drying and morning breath is ugh!

On a different note, I found out about the changes in the meaning of the word nice, which I've posted in the newsfeed. What a difference time has made on this little word.

Outside, I hear the sounds of thunder - I wonder if it will bring rain and cool the crazy weather down, at least for a day?
Here's hoping. I go to order my new glasses today. I've been "upgraded" to trifocals...Now I have the same kind as my dad and baby sister ! Later today, my daughter will take me yarn shopping...woot! woot! I've got some plans in mind; now to just finish them!

My youngest daughter, Rachael is 32 today - my baby! How did that happen? And my grands - 6th grade, 5th grade, 4th grade and 1st grade this year. My mom was right when she said that the older you get, the faster time goes!

I'm pretty much caught up on my writing for now, and feeling pretty good where I am at. Just got to get some more reviews done is all.

Well, that's it for me this morning; I'm sure I'll be in and around today.
