A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
It’s Looking Good for a Change This are starting to look good to me. I still have a little bit to research, but it looks like OneNote may be the answer to some of my problems with the handwriting of my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Still have a long way to go, but it’s looking good. At least it is with my printer. It doesn’t look like I need an Internal or an External Drive to put my Printer onto my laptop. I did a little bit of it earlier today, but it appears I need some more downloads to get it up and running completely. Don’t think I will be able to do that tonight, but I may be able to finish it tomorrow before I return to work at midnight tomorrow evening aka Thursday morning. My Printer comes with a Scan Mode and a Copy Mode too. So, I have them as a backup until I can find my Scanner. I haven’t even started looking for it yet. Know it’s here somewhere, but I have been too busy today between my research with OneNote and my getting my Printer up and running again. I know that my brother and I have something that needs to be done tomorrow morning, but as far as I know, that’s all that needs to be done tomorrow. If that’s true, then I should have some time to get my Printer and Scanner ready before I return to work tomorrow night at midnight for my Thursday morning shift. At least that’s what I’m hoping that I will be able to do. Unfortunately, I have thought this way before about my brother and me, and I have been wrong. Hopefully, tomorrow won’t be one of those times. I still don’t know if I’m going to get around to looking for my Scanner or not, but I may be able to get my Printer up and running again. Of course, this is all time-killing. I’m a long way from starting to transcribe my handwriting to my laptop. Whether it’s with OneNote or some other way, I’m still not ready to try that yet. I would like to test this process out before I try to do it for real, though. Can do that with or without my Scanner, but it will be a lot easier to do with my Scanner. At least I think it will be easier. I can do it with my Printer, but if I remember right, it’s not only easier with my Scanner than my Printer, but it’s faster too. Especially, when it comes to long scans, and this will be a long scanning process. No matter how I look at it, it will be a long one. Even if I break my handwriting into Parts and Episodes, there’s still going to be about fifty pages to scan. That’s front and back aka doubled. So, overall, there will be about a hundred pages per Part or Episode. That is why a Scanner is better than a Printer for a project like this one. It can be done with a Printer, but it will take a lot longer to do. Whether I use a Printer or a Scanner, I’m going to be needing to do some editing once I get it transcribed to my laptop. That will take some time to do too. Not nearly as much time if I had to transcribe it by hand too. This is the best way to transcribe my handwriting to my laptop. If I can just figure out how to do it. |
