Courage
Prompt: Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes, courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow," Mary Anne Rachmacher Lyn mentioned The Thai Cave Rescue. She told us to write about this in our Blog entry today.

Courage. I have needed this facing surgery and I will need it again with my knee replacement in 3 weeks. I needed courage in working mental health. The Red Badge Of Courage was a book about the Civil War and a young man needing courage to face the enemy. He was a coward. Facing enemies we need courage. Trying again tomorrow. We always hope tomorrow will be better. The lion needed courage in The Wizard Of Oz.

Courage doesn't always roar. It can be silent. We face it the best we can. Saving someone from a fire, from getting shot, hit by a car or drowning. It takes courage. Courage. I am glad we have it and it may be hard to find but we can do it. I always pray for courage. Courage can roar when we least expect it.

The Thai Cave incident. I remember it. I saw those Thai kids and I had a boyfriend from Thailand who went back years ago and he was a foreign exchange student. I wondered if one of those kids was his grandkid. Those guys had courage and were rescued. Thank goodness for courage.
