Around Seven and a Half

I did a lot better than I thought that I would today when it comes to my second Short Story for this month. Hoping that I would get four or five sections/parts finished today was what I hoped would happen. Did a lot better than that. At least I think that I have. I think that about seven and a half is a lot better than four or five.

I’m not sure if I’m halfway through the seventh part/section or not. It could be a little over half or a little under half. May go either way. I think that I’m about halfway through it, but I could be wrong. Whether I am or not, I still have about two and a half sections/parts left to finish that second Short Story for this month. At least the physical part of it.

Still, have to create both of these short stories and post them to their contests, and with only two days left this month, that may be a problem. It won’t be for the first Short Story. Because I’m going to create and enter this contest no matter what. It’s the second one I may not get finished completely in time. I think that I can still do both, though.

With only two and a half sections/parts left in this Short Story, I should be able to get it done by tomorrow after I get home from work and before I go to sleep. Don’t know if I will have enough time to enter these contests, though. It may need to wait until Friday to do that. I hope it doesn’t come to that. Because I don’t want to take any chance of not entering these contests.

If there is no time to do it tomorrow, I will probably make time to do it. That may mean I will not get enough sleep tomorrow, and that may affect me at work. I don’t think it will affect me that much. If it affects me at all. There shouldn’t be any problems with me finishing this Short Story and entering both of these contests tomorrow.

Of course, this wouldn’t be a problem if I could work on my writing at work via my laptop. Unfortunately, I can’t do that. I’m starting to think I’m the only one who can do it. Just like what happened in my last post in Missouri. Once again, I can’t prove it. So, if that is what is going on, sooner or later I will find out the truth. Hopefully, sooner rather than later.

Another possibility that may help me with future transcribing problems is with Dictation. I’m still working on that. I still don’t know if I can do it. Physically, that may be a problem. It could also be a problem besides physically. I still need to figure out if I can record my writing and play it in my Word documents to transcribe it to those documents.
