Around Nine Hundred Fifty
Around Nine Hundred Fifty

Including the preparation for my second Short Story for this month, I got about eleven hundred words handwritten at work earlier today. As for the numbers for my short stories themselves, I got around nine hundred and fifty words. The first two hundred, give or take a little, ended my WDC Short Story.

The other seven hundred and fifty words were for the first three sections/parts of my second Short Story for this month, SpaceHorrors: Near Death Again. That means I only have seven more parts/sections left to write for this Short Story before I’m done with it too. I should get that done tomorrow morning at work.

After all, I have about nine to ten hours of writing time on the weekend. It differs a little bit because of how long it takes me to make my rounds, watch the cameras, and do my paperwork. Doing all that takes me about two to two and a half hours to do on a Saturday and a Sunday. It’s usually about nine and a half hours.

That should give me plenty of time to finish writing this second Short Story. That’s almost one section/part every hour and a half hours. Even with watching the cameras and doing my paperwork, I should be able to finish this Short Story tomorrow at work. Of course, that’s just the handwritten part of it.

I still need to transcribe it from my handwriting to my laptop. It shouldn’t take me too long to do that. Don’t know if I can do that until Monday, but I may be able to do it then. Even if it’s a typical Monday, I should have a few hours to transcribe these two short stories to my laptop.

If it’s been like the last few Mondays, I probably won’t have too much time to transcribe them, but I should be able to do it Monday. At least I hope that I can. After all, the end of the month is next Friday aka a week from today. So, as soon as I transcribe them, I will create them and enter these contests.

Will I get to my scriptwriting project tomorrow at work? I can’t guarantee that, but I think that I will have a little bit of time to work on it. It may only be an hour or two, but even an hour or two is better than none. Especially, since I need to stay awake tomorrow too. After all, I need to stay awake somehow.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get too much sleep earlier today. it wasn’t the same reason as it was on Thursday, but I still only got about four hours of sleep this afternoon and early evening. I’m going to need something to keep me awake, and that something is my writing. Whether it’s short stories or my scriptwriting.

It doesn’t matter what kind of writing I’m doing as long as I am writing. My first concern is getting this second Short Story finished. Then I will worry about my scriptwriting projects. Depending on how long it take me to finish writing this Short Story the sooner I can return to my scriptwriting.
