Not Bad, But Not too Good Either

A little bit better than yesterday in several ways. One way is no lack of sleep from last night. It wasn’t eight or more hours, but I did get about seven hours. That’s pretty well considering how much sleep I have been getting lately. The last few days I have been getting five to six hours with most of them closer to five.

I’m also feeling a lot better today than yesterday too. I don’t know if it was a cold or if I was coming down with one but whatever it was, it appears I’m over it. It could have been a cold coming at me, but I don’t think that is what it was. Don’t think it was the lack of sleep either.

It could have also been that once again, it had been a very busy day for my brother and me. From early this morning to almost the end of the day my brother and I had one thing after another that we needed to get done. It’s not too bad, though. I didn’t get too many parts/sections single paragraphs written today.

I did manage to get two sections/parts done today. That may not read like a lot, but it is. At least I think it is. Those two parts/sections equaled about six hundred words total too far for my WDC Short Story for this month. That also means that I only need about fourteen hundred words to finish writing this.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how many more sections/parts I will get done tomorrow before I return to work on Wednesday for Thursday morning. I know that there is one thing we need to do tomorrow morning, but other than that, I don’t think we need to do anything else tomorrow morning.

I’m hoping that I’m going to get two or three more parts/sections written tomorrow before I go to work tomorrow evening at midnight. If I only got two more written, that wouldn’t be too bad, but three or more would be better. No matter how I look at this, it’s a good thing I do only have two short stories to write this month.

As for that third prompt this month, I checked just before I started writing this blog entry, and it’s not there yet. With this month almost halfway over, it doesn’t look like I’m going to be writing a third Short Story this month. it could still happen, but it sure doesn’t look like it will.

Whether I get that third prompt or not, I still need to get my WDC Short story written. I would like to write that I could get it finished tomorrow, but I know that isn’t going to happen. At the most, I will still have about four to five more sections/parts left to do.
