Knitting

Knitting thoughts, like knitting yarn
bring separate things together in one.
The threads we knot in colors bright
bring joy when in the brightest sun.

Knitting moments good and bad
reward us with a life well lived.
The stumbles made become as great
as goodness when the world's revived.

Knitting yarn to make a gift
is known as a labor of loving hands.
To knit the hopes of weary souls
t'ward great Salvation is His Plan.

Knitting scarves takes time and grace,
but when it's done what smiles it brings.
Knitting lives of earthly times
through His Salvation, Life they sing.
