Finished Number Three

I finished my third Short Story for this month, but I didn’t get it finished as soon as I wanted to get it done. It wasn’t because I had trouble finishing it, but because I didn’t get started with it as soon as I thought that I would. True, it wasn’t a bad starting point, but it wasn’t a good one either.

My brother and I have one thing that we need to do every Wednesday, but it’s in the middle of the morning now, and it usually gets finished about noon time. Today, it took a little bit longer than normal. As a result, I didn’t get home to start writing until about two hours after the noon hour.

Luckily, I only had four sections/parts to finish this third Short Story. Just like the first two this month. So, I figured that I would finish it. Just didn’t know how long it would take to finish it or how much re-writing I would need to do. Luckily, I didn’t have too many problems in this area either.

In the last part/section left for this Short Story, I did have a little bit of overage, but it didn’t take me too long to finish correcting it. The other nine sections/parts I don’t think that I had any problems with. It was only the last one, and it wasn’t too bad.

The only thing that is left for me to do is to create these three short stories and enter these contests. I didn’t get the chance to create or enter these contests today, but I will in the next day or two. It all depends on what happens at work tomorrow morning when I go back to work.

Even though it only took me a couple of hours to finish writing this Short Story, I still needed to get it ready for the creation and posting of these contest entries. True, it only took another half hour to do that. So, why didn’t I get to create and post them today? It’s because of last night.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get too much sleep last night. I thought that I only got about five hours of sleep, but it may have been a little bit more than that. It still wasn’t enough. After I finished writing this Short Story, I tried to catch up on my sleeping a little bit. I didn’t get a lot, but I did get some.

After all, I’m going back to work in about an hour and a half after I post this blog entry. I need all the sleep I can get. Especially now because I don’t know what’s going to happen to me about starting tomorrow. It may not be as bad as I think it will be, but I have a bad feeling it will be.

I only have fifteen single paragraphs left to finish the Scene Outline for the Movie Introduction for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Only I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do that many single paragraphs. I’m hoping that I can, but I’m not going to count on that happening until it does.

Why am I writing about my scriptwriting in my ‘Other Than Scriptwriting’ blog? It’s because what happens at work tomorrow morning may affect if I can get these short stories created and posted tomorrow or not. I’m hoping I can get at least two of them done tomorrow, but I’m not counting on it until it happens.
