Merit Badges

Merit badges,
clearly the community craves them.
They motivate us to go so much further
and throw greater effort into this
intricate ancient craft that we practice.
The Storymistress slaves over designs,
every one a success,
selling like hotcakes from
the merit badge store.
They compliment community members
for commendable works or
creditable creations.
When our resolve beings to
fracture or crack,
a little motivation can be the catalyst
that keeps us on track.
My gift to the site
is three new merit badges,
commissioned with care,
by the winners
of my birthday week raffle.
