Unfortunately, this has been a very typical first day off from work aka a Monday. My brother and I didn’t have a lot that needed to get done today, but what we did need to do took us most of the day to do it. As a result, I haven’t written too much written on my WDC Short Story for this month yet.

Don’t get me wrong. I did remember a very good story that fits into the WDC Short Story prompt for this month. There were several of them, but I think this one is the best. Especially, if I want to win one of these contests. I know I won’t win, but there is always hope that I will someday soon.

I don’t know about the second Short Story that I have been writing on a monthly basis. True, I haven’t gone online today so far. That’s how busy my brother and I have been today, but I did have a little bit of time to come up with the setup of my WDC Short Story for this month. Unfortunately, that’s all I have had time to do today.

When I create and post this blog entry for today, I will know if the prompt for my second Short Story this month will be there or not. If I remember right, it comes in on a Monday or Tuesday. So, it still could come in tomorrow or Wednesday. I hope that it is there, but I’m not going to count on that until it happens.

Will I continue to work on this WDC Short Story after I finish posting this blog entry? I really want to do it, but I doubt that I will. Something else typical for a Monday. I often don’t get too much sleep the night before. Don’t know why that happens, but it does happen every so often.

Last night was one of those days. I didn’t get too much sleep. As a result, I will probably be going to sleep very soon after I get finished posting this blog entry. Really need to start this WDC Short Story as soon as I can, but it won’t be any good to me if I need to re-write it because of my lack of sleep.

It's best if go to sleep as soon as I finish writing this blog entry and continue working on my WDC Short Story tomorrow. As far as I know, my brother and I don’t have too much to do tomorrow. True, I have written that numerous times, and I have been wrong about it. I hope not, but this may be one of those times.

If I am wrong about this being one of those times, then I will have plenty of time to work on this WDC Short Story. I don’t know how much of it I will be able to get done tomorrow, but I’m hoping it will be a lot. A lot as in the first half of this Short Story. That’s what I want to happen, but I doubt that it will.
