April 6th

I had a good doctor's appt today. The nutritionist said I am down 4 pounds. It was a bit hard to believe, but I shall take what I can get

I cannot believe Easter is almost here. They say that the older you get, the faster time flies...I do believe it. LOL.

It's a nice day; I've taken a walk today, a fair one since I have to hike from hospital parking lots to the buildings. So that was an ok thing as well.
