For April 5th

Hope springs eternal,
Otherwise, what's the
Point?
Everybody needs hope.

Surrounding us is the ever-
Present turmoil
Rising to consume us.
I refuse to be defeated!
Nothing gives me more "feel-
Goods" than to
Stomp on the nay-sayers predictions.

Everyone should have somebody
To which they can share with -
Everything, good or bad -
Ranting and venting; but
Never giving up on themselves.
And always looking for the
Light at the end of the tunnel.
