365 Days of Blessing _ January 21, 2023

Dear God,
The day has been about studying Your Word. We have had a teacher who took us into the deeper meaning of some of the areas around Jerusalem and how knowing topography and culture can help us understand better, Your Words of Life. It was refreshing to look at the Bible his way, but the greatest take away from all of the sessions is "putting myself" in the scripture and expecting an understanding that isn't egocentric is nearly heresy. My best hope is to allow the Bible to speak for itself and be overtaken by the truth You desire to reveal.

Thank You for Marc and Chad and Tosha and all of the wonderful Bible teachers at Destiny Church. Bless each one with wisdom, insight and foresight to minister with clarity and strength in the coming days. Thank You.

ROMANS 8:25-26 "Through Jesus"

But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

I am glad Your Spirit intercedes for me in these days of trial and testing. I would definitely be praying amiss. Instead I have moments of stillness to reflect on what may be acquired from Your Kingdom with a greater amount of patience. To Your Honor and Glory O Lord. Amen
