Pray for people affected by violence.

What do you think is the answer to Ps. 2:1, "Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?"?


I think one answer may be that people as a whole have gone away from God. You've heard of the "God-sized hole" that is in every person's heart. People try to fill it with everything but God. In doing so, there is the soul's dissatisfaction, which leads to discontent, and then rage and vain imaginings. The only fit is for God to be in that space that was designed for Him.

Just my humble opinion, of course.
