* Compare living in downtown, rural or suburbs and which one you'd like and why not the others.

I have lived in all three situations. I guess I like living in a small town best of all. Would that be considered downtown?

My town is small, the downtown is a few blocks. Most of the store fronts are old, most are abandoned buildings with absentee owners. But we are trying to get this downtown area revitalized.

Our little house is just a block off four lane Main Street which also happens to be an important north-south State highway. But I don’t hear truck traffic, or much of anything. I like living here. I can walk anywhere, I feel safe. I know my neighbors.

Are the Olympics still a worthwhile event since they are very expensive, have become political, and just benefit a few, if any?

The true spirit of the Olympics has been lost, in my opinion. Athletes are competing for more than just the glory, honor, and a crown of laurel leaves. They compete for money, advertising dollars and future honor.
Amateur athletes are represented in the current Olympics? I think they are the furthest thing from the ideal that the ancient Greeks had in mind.

What living celebrity, politician, scientist or world figure do you think is most important as a role model?

We should idolize teachers and doctors and nurses. We need to pay homage to those people in our world that help others. I don’t worship celebrities, sports figures, politicians, world figures or even scientists. They have all done a good job of getting us into a world of problems.
