Just things that I think about now and then.

What to pray for?
Prayer prompt
Pray for our first responders

Blog prompt
How do you determine what to pray for during your prayer time?

I really haven't given it too much thought. Sometimes the prayers are spontaneous, sometimes I pray for those who are sick, and need healing, or have given up. Other times, I pray for lost loved ones. I really like this prayer prompt now, as I have a specific target, when I don't know what to pray.

I don't pray as often as I should; I guess none of us do. If I see first responders go by with lights and sirens blaring, I pray that the situation isn't life-threatening, or too terrible - that God will use this for His glory.

Sometimes I pray in frustration, as I don't know what else to do - I'm not sure if "grumbling" to God is considered prayer or not - I hope it is *Blush* . Lastly, I sometimes am so broken, I offer up my "groanings and tears" to God, for Him to interpret.

Just my two cents rattling around.
