Holiday greetings and welcome once again to my inner sanctum! Hoping y'all had a blessed Hanukah, Christmas, Kwanza, Solstice! For me it's been a challenge this week. I had an awesome Birthday Sunday as I suffered as well. As for writing reality I looked around here to find kindred souls like me and found quite a few! I found a dear Lady who also is struggling with her own pain and learning to live beyond limitations. She's also writing about it finding her strength, and encouraging folks. I pray everyday,and sometimes argue about what's wrong in the world. So much cruelty to others. Only balanced by the good people are doing to help each other, animals and the planet. Sorry I have to end here, for now . No details but someone really upset me,made me feel like It's my fault I'm in pain. Because I refuse to get a spinal injection. Like it would just fix everything. Sorry I was in a good mood when writing this.
