Continuous Prayers

Philippians 4:1
Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.

The Bible also says to pray without ceasing. How do we continually rejoice and pray constantly and consistently?

My opinion is that it is more of an attitude of prayer rather than actual prayers. We should strive to be constant in our prayers and remain mindful of our attitude. And to be persistent in our prayers, not giving up after just praying once, but until we receive an answer.
