Prayers for others of different faiths
prompt Take Up Your Cross
Do you believe your prayers are as effective when you pray for someone who does not believe like you do?

And Paul replied, “Whether in a short time or long, I wish to God that not only you, but also all who hear me today, might become such as I am, except for these chains.”

Paul was talking to King Agrippa in this passage. King Agrippa was not a believer like Paul, but that didn't stop Paul from reaching out and talking to him, and praying for him as well.

I think that our obedience to God in prayer for others is key. God is responsible for the harvest. We are only responsible for planting the seeds, and praying that the Lord of the harvest makes a bountiful harvest.

Just my thoughts on the subject.
