An interesting question. With dignity and respect, everyone should be treated accordingly. Children need to have positive role models in their life, and as such; we should foster that. Nowadays, with discipline being tossed out the window, children sometimes don't have the necessary boundaries needed.

It is then we must remember the grace of our Lord Jesus, for He extended that grace to us, who were once lost. Caution is advised, as is prayer. Treating others as you would want to be treated, is a goal to be attained. Unfortunately, it is not always achievable.
