What a Wonderful Name

Write about your favorite thing about our Lord Jesus Christ.

His mercy undeserved
given freely to men
His grace endures
in spite of our sin
His love unending
to all regardless
His promises made
and He will keep

This is the first verse and chorus of my favorite hymn: It Is Well With My Soul.

When peace like a river attendeth my way
When sorrows like sea billows roll
Whatever my lot, Thou hast taught me to say
It is well, it is well with my soul

It is well (it is well)
With my soul (with my soul)
It is well, it is well with my soul

And my favorite promise from God: Jeremiah 29:11-13

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

My only duty is to love the Lord with all my heart, mind, and soul (Matthew 22:37) and

To seek Him while He may be found (Isaiah 55:6)
